  • Life Art (then known as Chang Ang) started as a partnership. A sizeable business premise was acquired at the present location of Kampung Jawa, Klang - testament to the entrepreneurial tenacity of the first LIFE ART Team.

  • 2004
  • LIFE ART’s direction took a fortunate turn when LIFE ART acquired the Portfolio of the Legend Water Chalets project based in Port Dickson.
  • LIFE ART was commissioned with the construction and interior design of 3 Lexis show units. LIFE ART’s work impressed the Client so much that it led to LIFE ART’s acquisition of the expanded portfolio contract, undertaking the entire development of the Port Dickson Lexis, a project worth over RM5 million covering construction to interior design. The Port Dickson Lexis was successfully completed within 12 months, contributing a massive credibility boost to the LIFE ART profile.
  • LIFE ART soon converted into a private limited company with a team of over 100 employees in arious divisions ranging from a managerial team to general construction works and finally, to a burgeoning, young design team.
  • The LIFE ART brand began to gain prominence in the Property Development & Interior Design industries, and LIFE ART began its strategic diversification into the furniture design and manufacturing business.

  • 2006
  • LIFE ART’s Client Roster continued to grow in size and prominence, further solidifying its Brand recognition and foothold in the industry. LIFE ART aggressively diversified its business ventures through the gradual establishment of 8 other subsidiaries.
  • These 9 LIFE ART Establishments include 3 furniture factories, 1 show room, 2 design firms, a construction company, 1 kitchen accessories retail outlet, and 1 charity foundation.
  • LIFE ART secured a tender for the second phase development of Legend Water Homes with a value of RM12 million, and promptly completing this project within 8 months, confirming LIFE ART’s star status in the property project development arena.
  • With this in place, LIFE ART strengthened its public PR presence by setting up 2 showrooms for household accessories & systems, managed by professional consultants and displaying LIFE ART’s unique in-house Designs.
  • Strategically, LIFE ART benefited greatly from nation-wide participation in more than 20 national exhibitions & fairs from central, northern and southern Peninsular Malaysia, extending even to the neighboring market of Brunei.

  • LIFE ART targeted and subsequently achieved the annual turn-over projection of RM13 million.

  • 2010
  • The initial Hibiscus Port Dickson project, with a sales value of RM2.5 million, was successfully completed within 4 months to full LIFE ART quality expectations.

  • A government project under MIDA, with a sales value of RM4.5 million, was successfully completed within 5 months again according to precise client specifications and full LIFE ART quality expectations

  • Upcoming Projects (2012 & 2013) :
  • LIFE ART shall undertake the full “The Hibiscus Port Dickson” project worth RM15 million, and The Hibiscus Penang” project worth RM14 million, creating yet another iconic chain flagship development for our nation.

  • 2012 – 2016 & Beyond :
  • In the next 5 years, LIFE ART will focus its growing corporate efforts on Hotel & Government projects, as well as residential housing and commercial estate development, with pipeline plans to purchase land banks for its own construction purposes. With this scope of development planning, the LIFE ART Group projects an annual turnover of RM25 million within this timeframe.
