Within a short span of time LIFE ART has become a fast rising Property Planning & Development Group with diversified yet complementary business units, specializing in Hotel, Resorts, and Residential projects development.

In spite of the human capital constraints during the company’s humble infancy, the LIFE ART (then still known as Chang Ang) business model proved to be successful and the Company was profitable from its very first year of inception. With strategic reinvestment of that initial fiscal year’s returns, LIFE ART’s fundamentals continued to be strong while expansion of its business portfolio continued.
